At MTS Industrial we are convinced that progress in the world of EPC or turnkey projects will be by way of modular construction or fabricating units on skids.

We can design, fabricate, build and test the various units without completion times of each element being affected by interference in the field with other works, even without conditioning the start of construction to having the site permits or licences.

By fabricating the module in our workshop, the skid can be tested both mechanically and in terms of all its electrical and control systems. Once FAT testing has been completed, the module can be despatched and the unit can be installed without delay, integrating it with the whole project.

MTS INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY SL has received a grant for the execution of the Direct Expansion Line project, entitled "NEW PILOT LINE FOR PROCESSING THERMOPLASTIC AND COMPOSITE MATERIALS" and file number IDI-20240484, through the Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), a grant co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Pluriregional Operational Programme of Spain 2021 – 2027.

The general objective of the project is to undertake and implement an Investment Plan through the acquisition of two new pieces of equipment, primarily intended for the processing of thermosetting plastics and composites. This acquisition will enable the production of an endless variety of elements from these novel materials. In turn, it will allow MTS to expand its production capacity since, thanks to the implementation of the best available technologies on the market, an innovative improvement is achieved in the design and processing of these materials.

The project is being carried out at the Antas (Almería) facilities in the period between April 2024 and August 2025, with a total execution budget of €220,480.
