CERTIFICATIONS

MTS INDUSTRIAL follows the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management model to guarantee quality of service to our customers. This is at the core of all the activities of our company, whatever the area of work. Compliance with this standard means that our organisation is customer-focused and guarantees their satisfaction. In addition, the company’s process and operational efficiency is augmented by appropriate information management.

Our company is committed to the environment, preventing, controlling and reducing the potential environmental impact of our day-to-day work activities, in compliance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
This standard allows us to identify and manage risks so that risk prevention and environmental protection are taken into account. By applying international standards on air, water and soil quality, as well as gas emissions and radiation, we can contribute to efforts to preserve the environment and thus reduce MTS INDUSTRIAL’s carbon footprint.

Health and safety at work is one of the fundamental pillars of MTS INDUSTRIAL. From the outset we have been firm in our commitment to meeting the most demanding standards in order to become a benchmark in this matter. We have therefore implemented a Health and Safety at Work Management System that complies with the OHSAS 18001:2007 international standard (this will be changed to ISO 45001:2018 when we receive the certificate)

One of the main objectives of our health and safety policy (which is incorporated in the company’s general policy) is to provide safe, healthy working conditions with maximum protection levels for our workers, in full compliance with current legislation and in line with our customers’ commitments in this regard.

These fundamental values are transmitted throughout the organisation and are individually taken on by each and every one of our employees as a continuous improvement measure that includes the following commitments:

• To provide safe, healthy working conditions in order to prevent work-related injury or harm to health. Safety and health are of prime importance and nothing is more valuable than people’s lives.
• Fulfilment of legal requirements: the applicable legislation and other requirements – whether our own or our customers’ – regarding health and safety at work must be complied with and enforced.
• To eliminate dangers and, above all, reduce risks: all work is to be performed in a 100% safe manner. Should any doubt or discrepancy arise, work should be immediately put on hold.
  Worker participation: encourage reporting of incidents, acts and unsafe conditions and actions that improve safety. This is a useful instrument to encourage active participation by the workers.

The CE marking for steel structures meeting EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 is one of the most frequently required certifications both in building and in civil engineering works.
MTS INDUSTRIAL complies with all relevant statutory requirements for the fabrication and marketing of structures, guaranteeing quality standards that are adapted to demanding European standards.

MTS INDUSTRIAL has a great team of widely experienced specialist professionals qualified in various disciplines. This allows us to develop and carry out installations of all types and means we can tackle the job regardless of its size and within the expected time frame, with maximum quality and at the best prices on the market. We hold the Installation and Maintenance Company for Fire Protection Installations certificate required by current legislation, in addition to being registered under the official Companies Register.

After years of experience in the sector, MTS INDUSTRIAL has acquired the capacity to undertake the design, fabrication and installation of pressure equipment thanks to the competence of its staff, both in the technical office and in the workshop and installation sites.

We hold the Design, Fabrication and Installation certificate required to undertake these activities. The company is registered as an EIP-2 category installer (installations requiring design, including those which do not) and ERP-2 category repairer (any pressure equipment).

We have highly qualified staff for this task who have been specially trained by the manufacturer.

We are thus able to assure and guarantee top quality in both interior and exterior finishes.
