FABRICATION WORKSHOP

We have our own fully equipped workshop, under constant direct supervision in all stages of fabrication, enabling us to streamline assembly procedures in a controlled environment, prefabricating most components and optimising planning, safety and quality at each stage.

We have the capacity to fabricate all types of industrial equipment, modules and infrastructure, in accordance with plans submitted by our customers or those developed by our own engineering department.

We work with a wide range of materials, procedures and approved electrode, TIG or semiautomatic welding equipment for metals and for plastic piping.

MTS is an approved manufacturer of pressure equipment and structures. On completion of fabrication we issue the relevant CE declaration of conformity certificate in accordance with current regulations.

LET'S TALK

MTS INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY SL has received a grant for the execution of the Direct Expansion Line project, entitled "NEW PILOT LINE FOR PROCESSING THERMOPLASTIC AND COMPOSITE MATERIALS" and file number IDI-20240484, through the Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), a grant co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Pluriregional Operational Programme of Spain 2021 – 2027.

The general objective of the project is to undertake and implement an Investment Plan through the acquisition of two new pieces of equipment, primarily intended for the processing of thermosetting plastics and composites. This acquisition will enable the production of an endless variety of elements from these novel materials. In turn, it will allow MTS to expand its production capacity since, thanks to the implementation of the best available technologies on the market, an innovative improvement is achieved in the design and processing of these materials.

The project is being carried out at the Antas (Almería) facilities in the period between April 2024 and August 2025, with a total execution budget of €220,480.
